Our project has aimed to help young people to develop the potential of communication in various settings, for example, speaking in public (COMMUNICATE), building bridges between people in both formal and informal contexts (CONNECT) and communicating their ideas through your own methods (CREATE YOURSELF). One of our main objectives was to empower young people to participate effectively in democratic society, not only contributing our points of view but also sharing and debating about society. On the other hand, we wanted to work on the new communication tools and models (internet, social networks...) to learn how to transmit information effectively and have the critical capacity to filter the information we receive. It is the young who have to dominate the information and not the other way around. The objectives that we wanted to achieve through the CCC project are: 1. Improve the participants' ability to speak in public, improve their self-esteem and confidence and get them to master the tools to speak in front of groups. 2. Develop critical thinking when receiving messages: learn through the study of images and videos to better interpret the messages and impulses that social networks provide. 3. Learn to share information effectively: share messages clearly, be more aware of the message you want to get across, learn how to promote your own personal image, detecting better ways to use your voice and other body gestures. 4. Use of digital tools: better awareness of the media available to them on mobile phones, use of videos as a form of expression (applying Storytelling techniques) and intelligent consumption of digital platforms. 5. Learn to communicate in foreign languages and with people from different cultures: improve self-confidence and learn to feel comfortable in intercultural environments.
