In modern European society, especially in cities, children and adolescents are born learning to coexist with different technologies. It is normal that the way they socialize and learn is also in contexts related to cities or spaces far away from nature. We find that the way of socializing tends to be in schools, leisure places such as bars, city parks, or friends' and/or relatives' residences. In the year 2020, citizens in European countries have had to see that they can hardly leave their homes and suddenly the only place to develop is in people's homes. The overcrowding of the type of leisure that takes place in cities, in enclosed spaces or within urban areas, due to the health scare, could not be carried out. With all this, the ideal option for enjoying the open air without having to share the space with many people has been activities in nature. Although the importance of enjoying the outdoors and nature, and the negative effects on both physical and psychological health of not interacting with nature and the environment have always been pointed out by health professionals, in recent times, with the quarantines that have had to be carried out in different countries, this idea of the importance of interacting with the natural environment has been emphasized. Connecting with the environment has positive effects on the development of emotional education and the management of emotions. This is why it seems fundamental to us to focus our efforts on reflecting and integrating this perspective in our work with young people in different parts of the world, from a global perspective of European citizenship. To this end, it has been proposed to generate this exchange and training for youth workers around this concept, in order to work on the following proposed objectives. The needs we have been talking about have been identified through the daily work with our youth that all the participating entities have been carrying out continuously in a day to day activity in our local context. These needs have been shared by all the common spaces, that is to say, that the realities that we live in are very similar, which has led us to understand the generality of these needs. From the analysis of the shared reality with a view to the construction of this project we can observe the following needs that we intend to work on or alleviate with the achievement of this project. Needs: -Excess of virtual connection of young people at present. Lack of connection with the natural space -Increase of problems of psychic discomfort among young people -Increase of problems of psychic discomfort among young people -Need for change in the conceptualisation of global sustainability among today's youth. -Lack of tools for emotional management and adaptive interactions among today's youth. Objectives - To reflect on the power of nature as a tool for Emotional Education. - To understand outdoor activities as an effective educational tool. - To promote the implementation of nature itself as an educational context closely linked to emotions - Strengthen youth to focus on nature from emotions - Collect good practices and educational keys for the use of nature as an element of emotional education. - Encourage the global sustainability approach from the feeling of European citizenship.
