Our school wish to participate in exchanging ideas in the field of environmental education. International project among schools gives us the possibility to share and compare ICT in education. We also hope to compare standards in supporting pupils Eco-socially and to furthermore be able to implement important parts of our curriculum concerning the topics of sustainable education and eco-sociality.Our school offer contribution in the fields of ICT and outdoor teaching. We wish to get more energy and inspiration to continue working with sustainability issues in our school. We want pupils and teaching staff feeling well at school, to coape with school work according tothe national curriculum. This project will give us time together to find inspiration through visits to other Eco Schools, to discuss and develop new practices that we can implement and share tothe whole staff and to other schools. We seek to develop Pedagogic Cafes as a platform for discussions, where we can ventilate ideas. This will increase the well-being of our staff, as well as our sense of "us". By working towards a stronger feeling of solidarity and motivation among the staff we can lift our sustainability routines to the next level and better motivate pupils.
We need new ideas how to motivate pupils and staff to become more involved in our Eco School daily work. We want inspiration for new good practices on how to make sustainability more visible in the school day and how to make it permeate all school subjects. The pedagogical development work demands pedagogical discussions between teachers and teaching assistants. So called Pedagogical Cafes will provide equal forums for a dialogue between the whole staff. We want to develop a discussion platform that promotes discussions on equal terms about which sustainable routins there are at school, which of them work well, how different eco school-practices can support well-being and how they take into account the different tasks within the school. We strive to increase the motivation and dedication for sustainable routins at school among the whole staff. We also want to share the good practices regarding sustainability we have developed at our school among our teaching staff.
