In English: The EVOC project (Experimenting VOCational training for puppeteers) aimed at strengthening a transnational system of cooperation in order to experiment vocational training devices for puppeteers and to take initial steps towards a shared thinking on the profesional structuring of puppetry arts at a European level and towards a better linking between training, profesional integration and the career's beginning of puppeteers.
En français : La motivation du projet reposait sur l'envie commune des 7 partenaires de faire de la formation et de la professionnalisation des artistes marionnettistes en enjeu central de ce champ artistique dans les années à venir. avec une attention particulière portée aux besoins du champ en termes de rencontres et de coopération, de formation innovante, inclusive et non-conventionnelle et de données sur les parcours des artistes et sur la structuration du champ professionnel (artistes et organisations). In English: The motivation for the project was based on the common desire of the 7 partners to make training and professionalization of puppeteers a central issue in this artistic field in the years to come. with particular attention paid to the needs of the field in terms of meetings and cooperation, innovative, inclusive and unconventional training and data on the careers of artists and on the structuring of the professional field (artists and organizations).
