This project is inspired by the desire to make the most of our diverse experience in supporting older workers (50+) into and within employment, to innovate in our practices, and to unite the players involved in the employment of workers 50+ with a view to enhancing the employability of these groups in a complex socio-economic context. The challenge of the project was to combine Franco-German views on the employment of senior citizens in order to provide a response to current societal needs, capitalise on innovative practices and disseminate them at regional, national and European level. The project also aimed to enhance the skills of counsellors.
