AT LOCAL LEVEL, the expected impact was to open up mental and symbolic frontiers: to make the local population, including young people not involved in the "Murs-Murs" project, aware that it is possible to travel and experience mobility abroad. Then, for the young people taking part in the project, we wanted it to inspire them to take more action at local level, in their own countries. At REGIONAL LEVEL, here in Brittany for example, we wanted the "Murs-Murs" project, which involves young people from different Breton MJCs every year, to be part of a nascent regional dynamic. Then, at NATIONAL, EUROPEAN and INTERNATIONAL LEVELS, we wanted this project to help build a shared awareness, a common consciousness, through the dissemination of the project. Here in France, we wanted to raise the profile of the "Murs-Murs" project in our MJC networks. We also know that on a national, European and international scale, each partner plays a part in raising the profile of the project. After all, all the partners and participants are keen to share their experience... The diversity of articles published in local newspapers and press over many years, and the presence of the project on local radio stations, etc., bear witness to this. The project is in line with the objectives of the Erasmus + youth exchange programme: - encouraging intercultural learning and dialogue, and fostering a sense of belonging to Europe; - to develop young people's skills and attitudes - reinforce European values and eradicate prejudice and stereotypes; - raise awareness of relevant social issues, thereby stimulating social involvement and active participation.
