Objectives

Faced with the owners of an unequal world, we wanted to rely on inspiring female figures carrying the values of justice and emancipation, to allow the expression of the most "gagged" both in person and virtual via a distribution of videos, visual poems, creative-fs balance sheets of encounters . On the one hand, it was a question of deepening the questions of decolonization of the imaginary, of inclusion and representation and belonging to a Europe of justice, of equity, human dignity and to strengthen us through our reflections and joint actions so that our members are better versed in this practice and that our audiences benefit from the elaboration of creative discourses and acts developed and supported by the peers. We wanted to allow involvement through desire and acceptance, understanding and identification, which was largely the case. It was also important to "test" our "speeches" with less concerned and informed public during major meetings, face-to-face for our events where it was easier to federate the movement of this "all public", seduced by the cultural aspect and entertaining, the online having been frequented more by our audiences.

Background

With a major goal of inclusion and innovation, the project L'Art-Matrice (AM) wanted to stimulate citizen participation, creative and political expression backed by the development of digital capabilities and video production, young people today, minorities and/or under-represented youth workers, sometimes with similar profiles, racialized people and women, who are still too invisible. We wanted to enhance and amplify our actions through this partnership so that each action reaches more and better the audiences wishing to participate and be represented and contributes to an inclusive, creative and innovative image of Europe. Following our meetings and opinion polls, we found that these audiences and accompanists, field workers (teachers, educators, stakeholders reception structures,...) needed another "globality" serving the ideas and values of respect for the human, listening, developing the ability to socialize and work together, leaving room for individual and/or cultural singularities while developing digital skills (inclusion factor).
