Objectives

By implementation of the project activities and this project in general, we motivate young people and empower them to become involved in active citizenship but also we provide them with the ways on which they can be involved through theoretical and practical part of the project in which they actively participate. Also, through all implemented activities and a lot of group work, team activities, brainstorming, discussions and presentation, we inspired young people to work on their own development and on that high impact was daily reflection which we were doing every day after 4th session in order for participants to realize that even if they are not sure from the first moment that they learnt something, if they take time for reflection, they will realize it and regarding on final self assessment they become aware of their learning outcomes and realize that there is huge space for their personal and professional development, just they need to work on it more. Objectives of our project were in line with Erasmus+ programme objectives but also in line with Inclusion and diversity strategy objectives and EU youth strategy objectives in order to follow official policies for young people but also in order to show on our example that is is possible to follow those objectives and work on them with good prepared and quality prepared projects. Through all the activities, participants reach strong learning outcomes but more important, they develop their communication skills by communicating a lot on a foreign language and their mother tongue, also by using verbal and non verbal communication, expressing their thoughts and opinions through presentations, silent theater, art and gestures which give them completely new ways of expression and communication. Also, they develop their intercultural skills and social skills through a lot of groupactivities where they were working in a mixed groups with people from other countries but most important is that they develop their active citizenship and civic skills through active participation in all activities during the project and especially through dissemination phase in which they use their gains from the project in order to plan and implement activities on their own in their local society. Also, by participating in the project and going through the process of learning by doing, participants understood the process of learning and realized that it is very good way of learning and that through it they gained much more learning outcomes than by 9 days of formal education. By providing young people with an opportunity to participate in the project like this, we encourage them and also make an impact on their motivation, inspiration and also key competences to foster their participation in democratic life, especially for participants with fewer opportunities but also for participants who dont have that much opportunities in their own countries to work on their improvements. Through learning about Erasmus+ and opportunities which Erasmus+ is providing to young people, we promote Erasmus+ and activities but also we work on promotion of European values and European Union but also through creation of new project ideas we promote mobility of young people and especially learning mobility as a one of the tools for internationalization of education and way of better development of education but also chance for personal and professional development for young people. One of the most important objectives for us was to promote inclusion and with this project we worked on it in practice and by our example we show that inclusion is possible when you work on it on the right way so in this project we include half of the participants with fewer opportunities who are dealing with social, geographical and economic obstacles but also who are coming from the third countries which are still not enough developed in sense of human rights, active citizenship, interculturality and involvement of youth in democratic life. Also, as a result of final evaluation of the project we strongly believe that we motivate participants to participate in more and more international activities but also to create new ones and involve their peers in it as most of participants from this project are still in contact and about half of them is actively working on preparation of new project proposals with Erasmus+ for the next deadline which is something that is showing us that this project was successful and that it exceed our initial expectations and plans.
