Specific: to increase the sense of initiative of youth with fewer opportunities by giving them the opportunity and supporting them to implement their ideas into works of art and for good causes through the exchange of knowledge and skills in the fields of visual arts, nature protection, and sustainability; to provide equal opportunities for youth with fewer opportunities to participate in the socio-cultural life of the community and increase social inclusion through continuous art workshops; to contribute to the development of youth work in rural areas, quality, and innovation, by strengthening the capacity of partner organizations in the fields of art therapy, visual art, sustainability, and nature protection. By exchanging knowledge, experience, and good practices in youth work on the topics of environmental protection and sustainable development using visual art as a tool and art therapy, the partners wanted to strengthen capacities to increase their quality and innovation in youth work.
We wanted to strengthen the capacities of partner organizations (PO) to work with youth in the fields of culture, art, art therapy, environmental protection, and sustainable development and contribute to the quality and innovation of youth work in PO. POs needed to network and get to know active youth work stakeholders, knowledge of art therapy, sustainable and recycled art to be able to introduce new practices in youth work, and knowledge of the way of working and opportunities for youth in the cultural and creative industry, and the need to strengthen the capacity to work with youth in the field of visual art and sustainability, using an interdisciplinary approach and continuous work with youth on the topics of environmental protection and sustainable development. By implementing the project, we responded to the needs of youth by providing more opportunities for youth with fewer opportunities (FO) in the field of visual art, nature protection, and sustainability, so that youth with FO would be more active and engaged in nature protection. Through the exchange of knowledge, experience, and good practices, POs ensured new and improved practices of working with youth and integrating new methods into their daily work.
