Objectives

In the past three years, the world passed through the COVID pandemic which showed us that the world was not prepared for a global crisis and that individual countries and local communities are slow in taking the most efficient actions on combating such situations. This leads to a lot of chaos and panic for people of all ages, but especially among the younger generation which has not been in such situations before. So, the goal of this project was to educate, prepare and learn from each other on how to deal with crisis situations and how to have a positive impact on an individual group or society in times of crisis. The objectives that we defined were: - Increase the capabilities of 36 participants to spot fake news, their knowledge of where to get the right information from, and how to share it with others. - Find 3 ways in which our 36 participants can help the local communities after the crisis passed. - Identify 2 financial, social or business opportunities that are arising or can arise after the crisis and that can be used by the 36 participants. - Learn 3 methods that can be used to keep calm and act with a clear mind during crisis situations.
