Many of you and I thought that these abbreviations found on the English joke site have a basis for the implementation of a youth program. Many young people started towards university or professional studies, which were aimed at a good living and working as a hobby. We believe that an international exchange of experience and ideas through such a program can help quite a few young people, even if we are only talking about a short-term project. We expect that we won't be able to achieve change on a larger level right away, but you can help young people. The reason for its implementation is based on the motivation of the young people who want to join the project and have prepared with their ideas to implement the writing of the application and the compilation of the program. They expanded their knowledge base and that of our partnership with many new knowledge. The goals of our project were therefore the following: 1. The aim of our youth exchange was to use our experience to help young people to see the choice of the for-profit and non-profit sector, to see the difference between the various types of businesses and companies, to make it clear to them that not only the problem "Spanish wax inventors" can be successful entrepreneurs. 2. With the program elements, we paid special attention to the fact that one of the most important questions to be answered when starting a business is what kind of problem the business poses. If you do not solve a problem, then there will be no real and long-term sustainable demand for your products or services. We want to reflect on these with several program elements. 3. During our youth exchanges and programs in Eger, we heard from countless young people the phrases that "there are no opportunities at home", "you have to go abroad", "in Hungary only relationships matter". The consultation with our partners confirmed that this is the case, that this is characteristic of Central Europe. Our third goal was therefore to try to alleviate these negative attitudes among the young participants. 4. We stated as a subsequent goal that not everyone will become a true entrepreneur. This requires maintaining a network of contacts, acquiring management skills, and knowledge of digital and administrative documentation. Our goal was therefore to examine these, which of them can be real leaders, and to help in their development
