We looked for solutions to the uncertainty of the entrepreneurial motivation of the participating young people, because building a business requires a lot of self-confidence, will power and dedication in addition to existing and still-to-be-acquired skills and abilities. That is why we looked for useful solutions for the situation of young people: understanding and getting to know the stages of being an entrepreneur. We believe that young people deserve to plan their own future and take up work according to their own ideas. Therefore, the objectives of the youth exchange program were as follows: - the use of non-formal and informal methods to present entrepreneurial models to young people. Today, unemployment is one of the biggest problems among young people. In July 2021, as Eurostat statistics show, 16.2% of young Europeans (age group 15-24) do not have a job, which is even higher than the 2019 figure (15.1%). In Hungary, 16.8% of young people are unemployed. In Romania, this rate is 21.3% (2021 data), similar to Slovakia, where unemployment is 21.7% (2021 data), and in Serbia, the highest unemployment rate in our region is 26.6% (2020 data ). Meanwhile, in Ukraine, this rate is 15.5% (last available data April 2019). In response to these data, our organization seeks answers to the following questions: How can youth organizations change this situation? In light of the fact that unemployment in this age group only increased due to the Covid-19 pandemic. When the members of our organization discussed this project idea, they first analyzed why these rates are so high and what impact they could have on society. There are many reasons for this situation, and it also varies from country to country and within specific countries. In many cases, the particularities of the given countries are similar (the unemployment rate is higher in rural areas), and the national companies in the region also operate in a similar way, whose high expectations cannot be met due to the inexperience of the above-mentioned age group. According to the study "Youth Unemployment in Europe and the World: Causes, Consequences and Solutions" (Görlich, Stepanok and Al-Hussami, 2013), another reason is that young people are more likely to leave their jobs several times because they try other area or country in search of better earning opportunities. The consequences of unemployment can lead to an increase in their lack of motivation. In addition, this can have a greater impact on society: they may work temporarily, less safely, or in jobs where they do not feel comfortable. In addition, the mental health of young people can suffer if these issues are not addressed. On the other hand, it has been proven that entrepreneurs can play a key role in the economic growth of society, and they also help create jobs with their new businesses. For all these reasons, the young people participating in the application defined the following needs: - acquisition of professional knowledge that can be learned empirically - utilization of local features - acquisition of an entrepreneurial and owner approach, presentation of businesses at different levels - creating an opportunity for the participants to take what they saw in the project for their country and for themselves. Thus, the entrepreneurs participating in the project, who present their own business, could also benefit by introducing their business and expanding their network of contacts, which is mutually beneficial for the parties. And the organizations that implemented the project took care of creating the right atmosphere to achieve the goals. - to encourage the participants with study visits and workshops aimed at starting their own business, which are particularly important for their motivation after the period affected by the COVID-19 conditions. - have a long-term impact on youth unemployment rates in European countries. - to develop the entrepreneurial skills of the participants and their age group. The aim is for the project to motivate young people to open their businesses, empower them to become entrepreneurs and help them develop their ideas further. The organizations will support the participants in understanding what it takes to open a business and get a more specific, closer insight into the life of an entrepreneur. One of the most significant effects of our project is the improvement of the labor market integration of young people.
