We wanted to ensure that the effects of the project were felt by the participants in both the short and long term. With the project, we wanted to strengthen their creativity and initiative: to acquire new knowledge, attitudes, skills and, finally, competences. Our aim was for the participants to learn more about the Erasmus+ program and the youth exchange. They learn to get the best out of their activities and realize actual results. The aim of the project was for young people to be more open and tolerant towards other cultures, to learn more about different countries; become more motivated. We expected the development of the partner organizations from the implementation of the project, our goal was that they would gain more experience in the field of the Erasmus+ program. Among other things, to involve young people more effectively in their activities. The more qualified and prepared organizational staff you have, including the group leaders, who participate in the activities - they will all learn how to support the participating young people and be able to provide more effective help in further projects. The goal was for the participants to develop their creativity and initiative by creating workshops and business plans; - they acquire new knowledge, attitudes and skills. The participants could gain experience in areas such as creating a business idea, recognizing the needs of the market, the search for sustainable solutions. Learning from the example of entrepreneurs using science, raising awareness of the importance of sustainability principles, entrepreneurial skills and attitude, team play and learning good management skills are all listed as objectives. With the implementation of the project, we wanted to achieve that they become more open, not only in theory, but through the implementation of actual business ideas, even by joining forces will be towards other cultures. They feel ready to implement in reality what they have planned in the framework of the project. It was a long-term objective that after the activities of the project, the participants would remember what they had learned during the experience. With non-formal learning opportunities, we wanted to achieve that the participants develop your initiative and background knowledge. Thanks to the exchange, make it a challenge for them to work in a team with peers of different nationalities. The experience should be both fun and very intense. By implementing the project, our intention was that such experiences would leave a mark and that the entire program would encourage them to realize their ideas. The development of organizations was also a goal, since the participants had the opportunity through the project to learn how to cooperate with international partners in more complex in projects. Our goal was for the applicant organization to learn these types through the project manage projects, perform all administrative tasks, organize logistics and other practical tasks. Partner organizations learn how to support such a process, and how to create meaningful workshops—all learn how support local youth. In general, the goal was for everyone to learn how to run this type of grant project. The goal was for the organizations to gather experience about how how to evaluate their work. It was important to have experience in collecting feedback and monitoring activities, and before implementation, during and after. We aimed for the project to make it possible for organizations to see the most important results and benefits as soon as the project is completed, and for all partners to be able to look back on the tasks, knowledge, and results completed.
