The aim of the project was to raise awareness among professionals of the need to support youth workers through self-knowledge and supervisory work, in order to help them properly process their experiences in youth work. By presenting an easily accessible and workable methodology presented during the project - the peer supervision technique - we gave participants a tool to raise their professional reflection and processing of their cases. The training was the fourth installment of the award-winning ‘Let It Be’ series of projects.
