Preparing for life and carrier selection for young people. Additionally, we sought to foster acceptance of cultural diversity and promote positive attitudes towards sustainability. By involving transnational partners, we enriched the project with diverse experiences and perspectives, allowing participants to engage in cross-cultural collaboration. We also aimed to celebrate the cultural heritage of each participating country through the selection and development of folk tale boxes, with a long-term vision of creating a large database and organizing transnational self-help groups for young people.
The project aimed to improve young people's preparedness for career and life choices by enhancing their self-reflection, resilience, and decision-making. We recognized the unique challenges today’s youth face, from navigating independence to addressing broader societal issues like climate change, migration, and economic crises. Folk and fairy tales, with their timeless wisdom, provided an effective coaching method to tackle these challenges, offering relatable scenarios that mirror the complexities of modern life. By engaging with tales from diverse cultures, we also sought to foster cultural awareness and promote positive attitudes toward sustainability, as these stories often highlight the interconnectedness of nature and human life.
