The main goal of this project is first and foremost to increase our professional knowledge. We want to improve and strengthen our relationship with activities that are comparable to ours. We want to explore and learn what it is like to work with young people in Finland, see how the co-operation between leisure activities and school / sports is organized as well as exchanging knowledge, we learn from them and they learn from us. The aim of this trip is also to emphasize good team spirit and a good spirit. By embarking on a journey like this, we are not only increasing our professional knowledge, but we are also creating stronger and better friendships within the group, which is one of the ways we focus on promoting a good workplace culture.
