- Enhance digital, training and job-orientation skills of professionals and trainers working in the field of adult education. - Empowerment of digital skills among women who are in a disadvantaged occupational situation. - Promoting knowledge of Virtual Reality skills as a key factor for a path of professional growth or rebirth.
The WIDE-VIEW project aimed at creating virtuous processes of professional rebirth or growth for women in disadvantaged work situations, through the development of digital skills in video editing, 360-degree video, and the application of virtual reality to the world of work. WIDE-VIEW was embedded in the priority of digital transformation by expanding preparation, resilience, and digital capabilities, through the promotion of targeted and innovative use of technologies (especially VR) in education and their use in the world of work. But above all, thanks to the idea of a didactic-technological path dedicated to the female professional world, often disadvantaged in accessing technologies. The training activities planned in the project also fit into both the priority of improving the skills of adult educators (transnational training for educators is one of the project's cornerstones) and the axis related to improving high-quality learning opportunities for adults, thanks to the innovative forms that the project will implement for women's participation in local training.
