Objectives

The project aimed to create a new digital training pathway to transform women's enterprises, making them more resilient and anti-fragile. The objective was to equip women with entrepreneurial and financial skills to adapt to challenges, develop diversification plans, and overcome crises, thereby enhancing their sustainability and success in the economic system.

Background

We applied for this project to reduce gender inequality in the economic system. Since it is clear that gender equality also depends on economic independence, it is essential that women participate more and better in the economic system, both in terms of increased employment and opportunities in the world of entrepreneurship. The project contributed to establishing and testing an innovative training approach supporting women in their self-employment and startup process with a strong financial strategy. The BLENDED training delivered (in presence, streaming and podcast) has enabled a wider audience to benefit from the training and has created an open archive. The gamification approach introducing the Achievement Badge System has strengthened the motivation of the participants, thus contributing to their empowerment underpinning their advancements and achievements.
