During the project process, we want to achieve critical thinking skills of participants.So contact people had focused on activities on Generalizing Problems and Solutions , Eliminating Contradictions. Participants learned triz, agile, lean methodolgy and basic steps during mobilities. These four basic steps were ; *We achieved to teach them defining their specific problems. We forced them to take the specific problem that they faced and generalized it to one of the TRIZ general problems. From the TRIZ general problems, they learnt to identify the general TRIZ solution they need, and then considered how they could apply it to their specific problems. *They are given some situations and challenges to teach them to find the TRIZ generalized problem that matched it. *Firstly they learnt working in group. They learnt using brainstorming to think different. They they found the generalized solution that solved the generalized problem. *At the end of the project mobilities , they developed to adapting the generalized solution to solve their specific problem.
We applied for this project to train our students according to the future world's needs.Youth has to develop their thinking critical skills.They need to learn brainstorming in group works.We have defined our needs and understood that our needs are covered by the the triz methodogy.According to TRIZ, universal principles of creativity form the basis of innovation. TRIZ identifies and codifies these principles, and uses them to make the creative process more predictable.In other words, whatever problem they are facing, somebody, somewhere, have already solved it. Creative problem solving involves finding that solution and adapting it to your problem.Our schhols needs were promoting interest and excellence in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) and the STEAM approach and during project activities we had combined this skills with triz , agile ,lean methology.Participants were faced yo challenges that they had to think critical and found unexpected solutions.While they had been doing these , they have developed their key competences with digital content, technologies.
