Objectives

With the implementation of this YE, 36 participants from 6 non-governmental organizations acquired new skills, experiences, knowledge in the field of social entrepreneurship and support of marginalized categories. Through this cooperation, the participants got closer to different methods of non-formal learning and participated in a process of cooperation and exchange of national practices and experiences. During the project, 6 participants with less opportunities who are targeted by discrimination and racism were promoted. Through this cooperation, the participants gained knowledge about the problems faced by the marginalized in the field of job search and social promotion in front of an open society. Through various forms of non-formal learning, participants had the opportunity to gain new knowledge about cultures across the EU and to be organizers of intercultural nights. By creating promotional short videos, national teams promoted the Erasmus + program as a strong mechanism for youth promotion and the creation of new partnerships to support the marginalized in the social promotion process. The project enabled young people to gain new experiences in the field of social entrepreneurship and in the future to be more motivated and inspired for participation in the actions for social support of the marginalized in the job search process - their preparation, support and assistance.
