The project Enhance Youth Employability aimed to empower young people by increasing their opportunities to find a job and supporting them in the transition to the complex economic situation in Europe after the Covid-19 crisis in order to mitigate the devastating consequences that the youth can face in this context (discrimination, psychological or economic consequences...). The main objective of the exchange was to help European youngsters to have a stable labour market integration after their studies, providing them with resources and tools that will encourage them and improve their employability, to eventually help the economy of the Member States. The aims of the project in order to achieve this were create a learning path based on non-formal education and “learning by doing it” methods, where the participants were empowered to became an active part of the labour force in Europe, supporting them to overcome the challenges that their generation is facing regarding employment issues. In addition, increase the intercultural dialogue through all the project, where the participants had the opportunity to deepen their comprehension of the labour market in Europe, as well as in their own countries and regions.
