We applied for the project "Rhythm 4 You(th)" with the aim of promoting social inclusion and empowering young dyslexics through the power of dance. The decision to participate in this project was driven by several factors: 1. Recognition of the needs of young dyslexics: We recognized the challenges faced by young people with dyslexia in their daily lives, particularly in terms of social inclusion and self-confidence. We saw a need to provide them with a supportive and inclusive environment to enhance their overall well-being. 2. Interest in non-formal education methods: As an organization focused on promoting sports and recreational activities, we were intrigued by the potential of non-formal education methods like dance in addressing the needs of young dyslexics. We wanted to explore how dance could be used as an innovative and effective tool for personal growth and development. 3. European cooperation and exchange of best practices: The opportunity to collaborate with partners from different countries, such as Italy, Austria, and North Macedonia, presented a valuable chance to exchange knowledge and best practices in the field of youth work and dyslexia.
