This project aimed to improve management competencies. Expected impact: teachers will conduct 40 integrated STEAM lessons, and interdisciplinary, systematic integration will also be reflected in teachers' annual plans. This project also aimed to improve subject competencies. Expected effect: 1-2 points improvement in the half-year assessment of STEAM subjects of 1-4 high school students, higher learning motivation.
The secondary education (grades 9-10) and secondary education (grades 11-12) programs are implemented in the gymnasium. Starting from the 9th grade (gymnasium I), conditions are created for students to choose subject modules and study optional subjects according to inclinations and abilities. From 11 cl. (gymnasium III) students study according to individual educational plans. This application is focused on the gymnasium students, improvement of their educational process, as well as extra-curricular activities related to professional guidance.
