Objectives

While implementing the project, the aim was to gain experience in organizing creative inclusive education and to improve the competencies of teachers and managers in implementing the universal learning design strategy. One of the goals of the nursery-kindergarten is to create suitable conditions for the teacher to work. International studies show that the quality of learning and the progress made by students depend most on the working professional teacher. The modern changing world, different expectations, abilities and their diversity of parents and children force teachers to look for solutions for children's knowledge, organization of education, change of attitudes.

Background

An effective child support system has been created in the nursery-kindergarten. However, as the children's needs change, the institution faces increasingly different challenges. Today, preschool and pre-school education teachers and educational support specialists lack experience in organizing education so that each child develops at his own pace. Children with different educational needs, whose development in one or more areas, compared to other children, is characterized by idiosyncrasies, slower speed of activity, greater mobility, speech, visual perception, require to look for other educational methods, individual and/or different education in addition to the usual educational methods organization. The question often arises of what methods to apply, what tools to choose, how to evaluate children's achievements and progress, how to cooperate more effectively not only with colleagues, but also with parents, so that the individual growth of each child becomes a reality.
