The Youth exchange “Let’s Learn from Board Games” aimed to increase youth soft and social skills and encourage them to be engaged in civic life. The aim had a direct link to the objective of Erasmus+, which is supporting youth, through lifelong learning, and the educational and personal development of people in education, in Europe and beyond. By implementing this YE we attempted to show the use of other interactive ways to learn, communicate and increase their skills. The project showed the participants how important is face to face communication, how important is working in international teams and how much we can learn from other cultures. The project helped youth acquire knowledge and promote cultural communication in any environment that has a diverse background of people. The YE involved board games that helped them to improve a wide range of skills and learn more about diversity; They were created for non-formal learning and group interaction scenarios. The strategy of diversity board games was to have fun while teaching diversity skills to a group and analyzing recognition on different topics.
