By implementing the project "Youth and Street Workout", we aimed to tackle the increasingly sedentary lifestyle prevalent among European youth by promoting physical health and wellness through street workout activities. The project was designed to inspire young individuals to embrace a healthier lifestyle by demonstrating that one can engage in physical exercise without the need for expensive equipment or gym memberships, using the urban environment itself as a resource. The primary objectives of this initiative included promoting physical activity and healthier living habits among youth, enhancing community involvement by integrating local urban settings into the fitness routine, and fostering teamwork and social interaction through group exercises. This approach was also intended to cultivate a sense of community ownership and encourage young people to transform public spaces into active zones, thus contributing positively to their locales.
