In today's labour market, employees are often required to reorient themselves and work in a work environment where ICT skills are increasingly important. Covid-19 pandemic crisis also brought adjustments in which many labour market actors had to adapt and integrate new ICT solutions into their daily lives in a short time. Due to the rapid development of technology, trainers also need to keep up with the latest trends in the use of ICT, regularly educate themselves and improve their knowledge, and prepare new curricula according to the current offer on the labour market. In order to achieve the previous mentioned, and thanks to the exchange of experience gained in the project, VDC adult education programme offer was expanded and improved by integrating high-quality and modern learning content that would facilitate the development of digital skills relevant to the needs of the participants. Also, in recent years, online communication, including online learning, has become an important part of people's lives, which was previously not included in the VDC's range of educational services. The methodology for developing online course materials (Part of goals) is now a great support for educators in developing online course content.
