With the implementation of the project, the following was promoted association's capacity: through: 1) Professional development for skillful and effective planning and management of innovative adult education projects; 2) Improving English language skills to promote academic and collaborative communication.
According to the Association's mission, the main focus is on promoting international cooperation by creating networks for identifying and transferring innovative experiences. Thus, the project was one of the ways to develop and implement innovative solutions, because in cooperation with other adult educators, combining the knowledge and experience of each partner, new educational products (methods, materials, content, etc.) can be created, what are important for the promotion of adult competences, both for employment and in the context of personal development. The Association actively participates in the creation of international contacts and in various consortia, also initiates some projects itself, but mostly these ideas do not receive support, although the Association feels that the idea is very important in adult education. Thus, the Association has insufficient capacity for the implementation of ideas and attracting funding for the implementation of the idea, a lot of strength and energy is wasted, which indicates that it is necessary to work more productively and with greater added value.
