With the help of trainers and invited experts, practical and theoretical knowledge on the topics, through plenary and creativity sessions, workshops, will be shared and detailed discussed. What is more important is that throughout the TC is the input and experience sharing from participants. The training will be based on Non-formal educational tools, such as workshops, peer-to-peer learning, participants’ presentations, discussion, role games, simulations, exercises, workshops, presentation, open session, meta-plans, brainstorming, mind map.
