The objectives of the project remained the same and we addressed 3 main objectives: 1. Created a methodology based on non-formal learning to teach youth workers and youths by creating and improving digital and entrepreneurial skills for supporting sustainable and green activity. 2. Developed an 82-page toolkit consisting of 10 youth work methods. 3. Promoted the entrepreneurial and innovative activities and business orientation of the project; to gain greater confidence and initiative; to encourage the creation of an entrepreneurial environment and culture; to develop local and international partners
During our planning stages, the 3 partners discussed the needs of the staff, youth workers and active youths, with a core focus on how to identify and create tools, methodologies and good practices to support and stimulate entrepreneurship among young people. The identified needs further led to the identification of the specific objectives of the project which were to address the following: 1. Need to improve the awareness and motivation of young people towards entrepreneurship; 2. Need to expand the knowledge, practical skills and competencies of young people, 3. To promote their entrepreneurial and innovative activities and business orientation; 4. To gain greater confidence and initiative; encourage the creation of an entrepreneurial environment and culture; to develop local and international partner networks. 5. motivation of young people by organizing local thematic information(awareness) campaigns in each project country. The importance of having a transnational collaboration was needed to further broaden the exchange of good practices, learning by sharing and networking which through this project assisted in the motivational aspect for the participants through working with other youths from other countries
