RISE aimed to equip young jobseekers with tools and to promote dialogue between them and potential employers, with an emphasis on practical tooling for opportunities while considering the well-being of young people. Our strategy was to involve youth workers, and knowledge transfer to educate and guide these young people with relevant knowledge and skills. This was made possible by working with youth workers and professionals at the local level, which allowed us to extend our reach to those who really benefit from our support. Our involvement in the RISE project not only improved communication between young talents and potential employers, but also provided us with tools to more effectively evaluate social skills and attitudes where skills and employability exist. In addition, we have stimulated cooperation at a local level between temporary employment agencies, government agencies and youth workers to better highlight the potential of young candidates, always taking into account the demand of the current and changing labor market in which inclusiveness is central.
The RISE project promotes a more inclusive employment landscape. Our primary aim is to better prepare young people for the labor market by working with youth workers and equipping them with tools that take into account today's dynamics in the world of work. And thereby supporting young people in clarifying expectations in the field of employability. This partnership provides specialist support, directing young people to the most beneficial learning experiences and opportunities, enhancing their employability. During RISE, we engaged in active dialogues with youth workers, employment agencies and employers to help us understand the changing needs of the labor market, enabling us to guide young people in acquiring the most sought-after skills. The partners in this project were committed to creating curricula tailored to youth workers and facilitating education. These materials emphasize DEI and promote equal opportunity for individuals of different backgrounds and interaction styles. This enabled us to meet a number of needs: raising young people's awareness of competitive skills for the labor market, facilitating youth worker's jobs by providing access to practical tools, and helping employment agencies identify 'untapped talent"
