We have implemented kick-off meetings and online TPM events in order to effectively manage the project's activities and ensure smooth coordination between the partners. This involved monitoring progress, overseeing implementation, and maintaining quality throughout the project duration. We have implemented three study visit events in Netherlands, Romania and Turkey, we achieved to engage a total of 36 participants, including 18 individuals with reduced opportunities for valuable learning experiences and firsthand exposure to eco-green initiatives and biodiversity-related activities. We have created a booklet where we have promoted our practices. The booklet aimed to increase knowledge and skills related to eco-green practices and biodiversity, serving as a valuable resource for the target audience. Multiplier events and dissemination activities played a crucial role in fostering cross-sectoral collaboration and promoting the project's results. They brought together experts and stakeholders from various fields to facilitate knowledge exchange, partnership development, and dissemination of the project outcomes.
We applied for the ALIVE project in order to contribute to the needs of our community's geographic changes, overpopulation in cities, and natural disasters within local communities (Noord-Brabant-NL, Kocaeli-TR, Ilfov-RO). Our shared vision was to transform peripheral areas into green spaces through local action, specifically targeting young people in our organizations. We set an objective to raise awareness and enhance the capabilities of young people (18-30 years old) from NL (Noord-Brabant), TR (Kocaeli), and RO (Ilfov) regarding biodiversity and eco-green issues through the study of the ALIVE digital booklet and study visits to each local community. We exchanged experiences and best practices among the three partner organizations by involving 36 experts during the study visits. We promoted sustainable development, particularly focusing on biodiversity and eco-green activities in local communities through public relations efforts. We have observed, tested and reported several green practices through study visit events and reported them all to increase visibility and inspire for our local communities into one booklet in our national languages and in English: http://www.bdt-egitim.eu/media/news/erasmus-alive-bucharest-visit-
