The main objective of the project was the personal development of students and gaining experience abroad. We also wanted the participants to improve their English skills and break down language barriers. The aim of the participants was also to develop interpersonal skills, which are extremely important from the perspective of the future employer, i.e.: establishing contact with others, managing non-verbal and verbal communication, conflict resolution, teamwork, assertiveness, social adaptation. In terms of learning skills, the goal was to learn how to effectively organize your learning process, how to manage time, how to work effectively individually and in a group, as well as to develop attitudes of courage towards new challenges, creativity, self-esteem, self-confidence.
The Secondary School Complex in Morąg is a state secondary school consisting of a Secondary School and a Technical Secondary School with specializations in e-sport and computer graphics. The school is equipped with modern IT equipment. Our students achieve high results in external exams, are successful in competitions and subject Olympiads, engage in volunteer activities, theater performances and other additional activities organized at the school. We have been cooperating with a high school from France for over 10 years - annual student and teacher exchanges, we also cooperate with schools from the Czech Republic and Germany, organizing trips for students, not only as part of Erasmus+ projects. Some of our students come from poor families, some struggle with various social and economic problems. We support them psychologically and financially. We have a specialized, professional and willing to cooperate teaching staff, with experience in cooperation with foreign schools. The aim of our project was primarily the personal development of students, gaining experience abroad, improving language competences and developing interpersonal skills.
