The aim of the project is to support the implementation of innovative solutions for the arrangement of educational space, conducive to the individualized and harmonious development of students, including those with fewer educational opportunities. The result of the achieved goal is the increase in the competence of MOEN's staff. 100% of methodologists and consultants know the principles of arrangement and are able to adapt them to their subjects or in an interdisciplinary approach. Under the influence of our activities, both teachers and directors of institutions cooperating with us changed the perception of the learning environment from traditional to modern. The solutions provided by us, their results, and possibilities have been implemented in some of the facilities in Bydgoszcz. The implementation of the developed solutions was and still is monitored in a variety of ways. Dissemination activities are just beginning, so as part of the project's long-term impact, we plan to diagnose the increase in teachers' methodological skills in terms of using the potential of the educational space by means of evaluation. We will also make a diagnosis of improving the efficiency and quality of education in new or changed spaces.
The tasks of the Municipal Teacher Education Center in Bydgoszcz include supporting and popularizing innovative educational solutions, not only in terms of methodology but also the quality of teaching and the appearance of the educational space in the city. The team of teachers working for the achievements of our institution are educators with many years of experience in the field of introducing modern solutions, promoting good practices, and diagnosing the needs of educational institutions. During the research monitoring the work of schools in the city of Bydgoszcz, the need for changes in the image of the classroom and the teaching environment was demonstrated. Looking for inspiration and good practices methodologists went to Finland, where during the course "Education Space for a Student of the 21st Century", learned about models of education and space planning in Europe. The experience and good practices gained in Finland were passed on during high-quality training for teachers at MOEN and as part of the training of teaching councils. In addition, a network of teachers interested in changes in the educational space was created and extensive contacts were established with educational institutions in Poland.
