Objectives

Thanks to the experience and competences of the project participants, we wanted the school to develop more dynamically and enrich its development plan. In terms of improving teaching staff, new competencies would be taken into account and emphasis would be placed on supporting students in creative activity, supporting talented and ambitious students in achieving success in competitions and olympiads. Increasing the competences of the staff would increase the level of classes conducted. In terms of designing teaching work, it would include modifying educational programs, creating original teaching programs and material distribution, introducing activating teaching methods, as well as creating individual teaching programs for students of foreign origin. ICT tools brought or observed would make the classes more attractive and could enrich their offer. It would expand international cooperation in the form of implementing strategic partnership projects and establishing contacts, exchanging experiences and good practices with partners.

Background

The primary goal of the project was to provide the school with high-quality teaching in accordance with European standards, taking into account sector priorities, i.e. activities related to capacity building - such as training, networking, which go beyond the country's borders and horizontally, i.e. we mean reaching all participants and promoting inclusive activities. The goals themselves had a positive impact not only on the implementation of the project itself but also on the people working in the organization. Youth aged 14-19 attend CLIX Secondary School. The student group is very diverse. Demonstrates interests in artistic, sports, social, science and humanities. We have talented students with high and average educational results, but also those who have difficulties in science, having PP opinions and judgments. Young people come from various backgrounds, and we have more and more students of foreign origin. Everyone, properly motivated by teachers, wants to strive for development and use their potential. Due to the diversity of the student group, almost everyone requires an individual approach from teachers to fully develop their strengths.
