The implementation of the project enabled the realization of five 5 specific objectives of the project: 1. Strengthen the European dimension of teaching and learning at WMS by promoting the values of inclusion, diversity, tolerance and democratic participation 2. To improve the quality of teaching and learning at WMS by supporting the international professional development of teachers 3. Improving the quality of teaching and learning at WMS by developing the language skills of students and staff 4. Improving the quality of teaching and learning at WMS by promoting the use of new technologies 5. Strengthening the European dimension of teaching and learning in WMS by developing networks in Europe The implementation of the project to its full extent is a response to the deficits and needs of our school community aimed at the qualitative development of the entire organization.
In the project, we implemented the following three types of activities: TRAINING FOR SCHOOL STAFF. These were mainly training in subjects specific to the Montessori school (application of the Montessori method in language, mathematics, as well as other subjects, i.e. space education and practical life), as well as training on school management and for educational leaders, and an English language course. 17 mobility for training were realized. WORK OBSERVATION (JOB SHADOWING) covering topics such as: - Creativity training of elementary school students - Inclusive education for refugees and immigrants - Innovations in mathematics and mother tongue teaching - International (intercultural) understanding and international cooperation of the school 8 job shadowing moobilities were realized. GROUP MOBILITY of students to a Montessori school in Germany. One group mobility with 5 students was realized.
