The project's idea was developed and came up by the FRSP foundation and Youth Association DRONI’s local teenagers. They were interested and had experience in such topics as employability, inclusion, social media, digital competencies, and entrepreneurship. The project set the following objectives from the very beginning and were achieved during implementation phase: - developed important personal characteristics that will be crucial for those wishing to become entrepreneurs- The personal characteristics and skills cannot be embedded in the form of terms and conditions, rather it comes with the experience.Being a young entrepreneur or teaching entrepreneurship at a young age allows youngsters to be more responsible and empathetic.According to Science Direct, and many other studies, young people who are exposed to entrepreneurship at a young age, directly or indirectly, develop great ethics as compared to adults. -empowered young people to transform their hobbies into their future careers-The COVID-19 pandemic seemed to change the world overnight, altering the way we live and work, and stripping away access to the freedoms many of us took for granted. All of this caused great harm to many people and a certain percentage of the population had to lose their jobs and started thinking about what would become their source of income in the coming months or years.Consequently, people had to think about what new job to start and some of them decided to turn their hobbies and interests into a job or career.Turning a hobby into a career is a difficult skill that comes after a lot of life experience, we think sharing such skills with youngsters was very important to realize that the topics they learnt daily do not fully define their future career and they can make their field of interest and hobby into a serious future career. -developed entrepreneurship skills, teamwork and leadership skills, communication and listening skills, as well as critical thinking, strategic thinking, and planning skills-We need more resilient young people, we need more risk-takers, and we need more innovators and doers, thinkers, and tinkers.Life experience has shown us that experience and formal education are not enough to develop a strong personality, especially since a person faces many obstacles in life, so we think that developing skills from an early age such as critical thinking,problem-solving, resilience, vulnerability, commitment, and leadership will help them to develop into a strong person, who will be an independent, to be able to make decisions independently and also to be responsible for the decisions he/she makes. -worked on business ideas, basic business skills, and marketing methods including digital skills we plan to have dedicated workshops on thinking and to create business ideas. The project's location was Bakuriani city. In this city today we have both, micro and macro businesses. It is a good example of how people have adapted their homes and yards to their business ideas. We conducted several study visits and had meetings with business guests. That experience allowed youngsters to hear in person about what path they have taken to succeed, what obstacles they have overcome, and how to deal with them, and also gave advice that will help young entrepreneurs to develop their business ideas. There will also be a time to exploit the opportunities offered by digital technologies, both to learn about business and entrepreneurship, as well as how to use new digital technologies to run your own business better. Furthermore: - enhanceed the employability of the participants- together identified the most/least-efficient non-formal and informal learning methods, forms and initiatives to promote youth entrepreneurship and employability - gained discourse and strategic competencies needed at the labor market - promoted understanding across different groups, promoted equal opportunities and reduce differences in achievements - enhanced the soft skills and the digital competencies in great demands from management with a focus on the online reputation - gave the participants the opportunity to be able to communicate in a foreign language and promote multilingualism - promoted cultural awareness and exchange between different countries as a way to open their mind, enhance creativity and respect other cultures and backgrounds in the international environment - promoted European values like inclusion, acceptance, diversity, tolerance though involvement of participants from different countries and backgrounds.
