During our previous project, which was already taking place during the pandemic, we noticed together that the problems in our countries are very similar. Each of us knew someone who had lost their jobs, shut down the company, had to lay off their employees, or had to completely re-engineer. This situation has also raised doubts in some of us as to the legitimacy of the studies we have undertaken or planned. We also noticed that among ourselves, our friends and parents, the motivation and willingness to change and act has decreased significantly. This is how our project was born, which was aimed at reawakening our motivation to act and increasing our chances on the job market. We confronted our previous activities in domestic organisations (similar workshops and meetings of jobseekers) with the foreign realities and ideas of our colleagues, so that in the future we can conduct them even more effectively in our NGOs. Thanks to the activities planned by us, our creativity has increased, flexibility, innovation and self-confidence. We learned how to look for a job, write a CV or cover letter, and then we shared this knowledge with others through social media. Thanks to simulated job interviews or mini debates, we learned how to present ourselves, and thanks to the creation of companies, we learned the rules entrepreneurship. We hope that thanks to these actions, each of us has become a more attractive and self-confident candidate on the labour market or a creator of our own business. These are extremely useful traits and skills, as the pandemic and the current geopolitical situation has turned the lives of most of us upside down and sometimes we still don't know how to direct your career path. We estimate that thanks to this project each of us is able to clearly specify the goals for the job sought, knows how to create a CV and a cover letter for the needs of the selected offer and can successfully prepare for the job interview. In conclusion, we hope that each of us after the project is able to find a job that meets his expectations. Thanks to the dissemination of the results, we hope that the other recipients of our materials, they also came in handy when looking for a new job.
