The Improvmaker project is an integrative exchange of young people aged 16-19 from areas at risk of exclusion, in this case from rural areas. It is a theatrical exchange. By learning theatrical improvisation, participants had the opportunity to get out of their comfort zone, gain self-confidence, and through creative activities learn how to cooperate, be aware of others, tolerate and listen. Through volunteering at an JO - International Improv Festival, participants learn how to fight stereotypes and discrimination. Thanks to the activation of the participants, their initiative and entrepreneurship and the ability to cooperate will increase.
