Peter Drucker said that the currency of the 21st century will be ingenuity. Our project, through working with images, storytelling and visualizations, disseminated the ideas of ingenuity, because these tools strengthened relationships with oneself, and thus access to the individual potential of people who then lead their own communities and inspire others to develop, create and be creative. Ingenuity is the courage to present one's own ideas on a larger scale, and this is what the project taught. Initiators The founders of the European Union were so innovative and resourceful in creating a community whose task was to unite. Following this idea, we implemented a project that was open to diversity, from which a common quality emerged. Both the Erasmus program and the name open up to the "era" of a holistic approach to man, the era of connection, and within this program and project we united participants in jointly creating an innovative, universal trend in thinking about man, the environment in which they live and respect for it, unity with nature. The participants also felt a sense of pride in being an active part of this connection and creation of a transnational community in line with the idea of the program. The project concept was created as an initiative and educational need of young people aimed at developing young people's skills and attitudes in the context of increasing awareness of important social and developmental competences in times of dynamic changes, and thus stimulating and inspiring peers by acquiring specific tools that help increase their personal potential, thanks to which their self-esteem increased, which influenced their involvement in social life, active participation in it and the development of local, territorial and even international communities. Because national programs generalize and our project supported the emergence of natural leaders who have the courage to take the risk of leading their own communities and pointing out new paths, trends, creating and supporting them, and selecting other leaders, but also creating leader groups in their communities and creating networking networks. leaders, which guaranteed the spread of this idea of a 21st century leader to further communities and areas of partner countries and beyond. Leader of the 21st century he is a person who is able to combine moral and mental diversity to emerge from it a new quality of relationships and communication. The leader of the 20th century had to be able to distribute competences for the purpose of clarification, and because of this, relationships and communication suffered. The leader of the 21st century unites what has been divided and shows that there is strength in unity. Which is consistent with the idea of community of the European Union. Inspired by the assumptions of the European Union, we motivated our participants to be able to look at diversity holistically and identify common values that make it worth uniting them. The aim of the project was, among others, teach 21st century leaders what value is from a holistic perspective, from a European perspective, what took place at the individual participant and group level. In the 20th century, each country cared about its independence, its territorial affiliation, being itself in the nation, sealing its borders, and distancing itself. However, thanks to membership in the Union, people felt safe, forgot about the effects of wars, conflicts and divisions, and thus strengthened their self-esteem. The program assumptions of the Union awakened in them the courage to enter the European arena and show their own national values in order to combine them with the values of other nations. Therefore, our project was aimed at exchanging our own experiences, but also at naming our own needs and realizing our own dreams, which is facilitated by the idea of the Erasmus+ program and the European Union. That is, sharing your own ideas in a friendly atmosphere of freedom, equality and fraternity. The 21st century is the time to create a union between leaders. The idea of the Union was to connect countries, and the idea of the project is to connect leaders to act together, and for joint actions to be effective, you need to delve deep into yourself and discover the leader's potential to inspire others to similar discoveries. Following the example of the European Union, during our project, participants created the necessary handbook of 21st century leader competences, which was a lasting result of the project, an inspiration and a tool for the work of leaders in their countries. Participants gained specific tools from the project to work in their environments, which provided the opportunity to further disseminate the project results.
