Objectives

When writing and implementing the project, we set several goals that were systematically implemented, monitored and described in monthly reports, both on the Polish and Ukrainian sides. The first goal was to teach young people how to rationally manage time and plan everyday tasks during school education and later, during career planning. We also wanted to equip participants with the necessary tools allowing them to practically use the acquired knowledge at every stage of educational and personal development. We learned how to find motivation within ourselves to take on new tasks and persevere in their implementation. We analyzed motivational techniques and applied the acquired knowledge while implementing individual project tasks. The end goal was to jointly develop a guide for time management and planning your activities. Another goal was to increase the participants' personal development, getting to know and develop their good sides, increasing self-esteem, ability to work individually and in groups, overcoming apathy and fatigue caused by isolation resulting from forced restrictions due to the pandemic. The project work was aimed in such a way that young people working in an international company had the opportunity to become active and integrate. The primary goal was to develop personality, social and personal skills, as well as support in the development of interests and the pursuit of common passions The purposefulness of project activities was also manifested by working on the ability to make decisions, be responsible for oneself and co-participants, take responsibility for entrusted activities and be accountable for them. We wanted to teach young representatives from our schools to discover their own potential and support the attitudes of creating their own image, developing entrepreneurial attitudes, coping with difficult situations, overcoming stressful moments, drawing positive conclusions to build an atmosphere conducive to gaining experience in an international group. For Ukrainian students, it was an excellent opportunity to observe and learn how to cooperate within the Erasmus+ program, build a community, and share common achievements. While implementing the project activities, we also assumed the possibility of exchanging experience in the field of vocational education, teaching methods, developing cognitive techniques among young people and comparing the educational systems of our countries. Such involvement allowed us to overcome stereotypes and prejudices in Polish-Ukrainian relations. It allowed us to open up to a new culture, build peer relationships, and learn about each other's culture and tradition through cuisine, literature, painting, music, language and history. During the project tasks, the youth communicated in English, which allowed them to overcome their fear of communicating in a foreign language, develop their language skills, enrich their vocabulary and use the language as a tool for basic interpersonal communication. Another goal of our project is to equalize opportunities among participants from broken families, affected by unemployment and at risk of poverty. We wanted young people from the so-called fewer opportunities to reduce the economic differences resulting from the financial resources of families. We wanted young people to get rid of the belief that they are unable to influence their lives and change their life situation. We taught young people that through work we are able to equalize the opportunities that stand in our way. While carrying out individual tasks, we focused on the need to take care of the natural environment by segregating waste, avoiding printing unnecessary documents and worksheets, and making the right decisions to save energy and water. Wherever possible, we gave up traveling by bus. Our task was to sensitize the participants and strengthen appropriate habits that translate directly into improving the environment in which we live
