As much as 75% of young companies in Poland will not survive even 5 years, according to the Central Statistical Office. At the same time, almost one-third of people aged 18 to 25 are interested in running their own business. This data is similar in Hungary and Slovakia, which is why we decided to create this project and aid the youth in acquiring new skills and knowledge from experience. The 8-day exchange took place in Poland, where the participants were setting up their own companies to learn how to run their own businesses.
