Our project was prepared and implemented during the end of the coronavirus pandemic. This was shortly after the end of lockdowns and radical restrictions. We organized everything still in an atmosphere of uncertainty and fear related to the uncertain situation, gradually extinguished but still valid restrictions on even travel, growing cases again and very different forecasts presented in the media. Of course, in this situation, stress was present at any time and in any place. Therefore, the subject matter of the project was very topical and responded to our current needs. An important goal of our project was to release the emotions accumulated in these difficult conditions, rebuild our well-being, bond with others and return to normality. However, above all, through our project activities, we wanted to learn how to deal with stress in the future, to be ready both for the next possible global emergency situations, but also for such everyday stress that we have to deal with every day. In our project, we wanted to counteract these phenomena in order to increase the effectiveness of our actions, cope better both in crisis situations and in everyday life, restore calm and control over our emotions, and feel happiness and fulfillment to a greater extent. We wanted to learn how to prevent stress and how to deal with it so that it does not block us, does not cause difficult (and often too difficult) emotions, does not limit our possibilities, does not hinder effective decision-making. Our intention was to exchange knowledge and experience on how to deal with stressful situations and how to counteract stress. We wanted to learn cooperation, open up to people to strengthen our self-esteem and self-confidence. Our goal was to learn how to look for optimal solutions in various situations, especially crisis ones. Right at the beginning of our project, it turned out that the pandemic did not subside as quickly as some had predicted, and additionally, on a European scale, a second stressful situation related to the war in Ukraine appeared. In the case of most of the participating countries, such as Poland, Lithuania, Turkey or Bulgaria, the arena of military operations is located in a relatively close vicinity. Emotions related to this tragedy, as well as some kind of uncertainty, again began to accumulate stress and fears, which made the topic hot again.
