The third edition of IMPRODRAMA aimed to achieve two main things. First, there was a strong need to help youth workers understand and improve their skills in using theater methods. This would, in turn, enhance their ability to train young people. The second reason was urgent feedback from a youth organization, stating that youth workers needed support in empowering young people through non-formal methods. This feedback kickstarted the process of continuing the project. Partners analyzed the impact of the project and talked to new youth organizations interested in joining. They also looked at local issues like youth unemployment and social exclusion. These issues were a big deal for European and national governments, and empowering young people was becoming more and more important. Youth workers realized that empowering young people meant giving them the skills and authority to make decisions and create positive changes in their lives and communities. This realization led to the creation of the third edition of the project. The goal was to change young people's situations by training youth workers and educators with the skills to develop non-formal education tools using theater methods for youth empowerment in local communities. Research in local communities showed that very few formal education structures (0%-34%) used non-formal education tools, and in non-formal education structures, only a small percentage (14%) used tools based on theater methods. The aim of the project was to integrate theatrical methodology as nonformal educational approach to non-formal and formal education system for youth empowerment at local level. Objectives were following: -Developing competences for proficient use of non-formal education instruments and tools of theatrical methodology for youth empowerment -Equipping participants, partners, youth workers and youth organisations with tools for youth empowerment based on theatrical methods to work with youth, youth with fewer opportunities and NEETs -Developing competances of participant in using theatre methodology especially physical theatre, mime theatre and visual theatre -Introducing to participants the values and principles of experiential learning as nonformal education approach for youth empowerment -Providing the possibility to create, develop, implement and improve the educational activities for youth empowermenr based on theatre methodology -Discussing and developing the ways of integration the theatre methodology as non-formal education activities to the formal education system. -Increasing the soft skills, language skills and competeances of participants. -Promoting social inclusion, solidarity, tolerance and intercultural dialogue. -Increasing the networking and partnership between partners and proffesional networking of participants -Promoting the Erasmus+ programme and Youthpass as recognition of competances gained during the NFE activities.
