The implementation of the project turned out to be an excellent answer for us (the organizations participating in the project) to the problem of lack of staff who can actually support young people in their educational process within our organizations and thus contribute to their educational and life success. By participating in our project, the youth workers who took part in it are now able to support young people on their educational journey. The knowledge obtained during the training helps us "fight" young people's lack of faith in their abilities as well as their complexes in relation to their peers living in big cities. By participating in the project, we (project participants) managed to achieve the following goals: acquire knowledge and experience enabling us to support, motivate and inspire young people during the educational process. During the project, we focused particularly on three main topics: 1) supporting young people in unfavorable life situations, 2) preventing young people from leaving school prematurely and supporting young people in overcoming failures that happen to them in education, 3) opening up to new innovative teaching programs, educational methods, training and courses that may provide an opportunity to equalize development opportunities for young people living in our regions. The wealth of knowledge and experience in these issues that we acquired during the 8 days of training significantly improved our competences in supporting young people during their educational path. Thanks to our participation in an international project, we managed to go beyond "our own bubble" and confront our perception of the above-mentioned issues with the perception of these issues by people from other countries. During the training, we had a unique opportunity to benefit from the knowledge and experience of specialists in supporting, motivating and inspiring young people. We took advantage of this opportunity in an extremely satisfactory manner. Participating in the workshops conducted by the Teacher of the Year, Mr. Marcin Zaróda, was for us one of the most informative experiences in our entire professional life working with youth. Many people did not believe that we would be able to invite such an outstanding personality as Mr. Marcin Zaród to the project. Yet we managed to cope with this task and spent almost 3 whole days of training in the company of this excellent expert. A huge advantage of our project is also the capital that comes from establishing closer personal relationships with people from other countries (who took part in the training). During the training, we managed to consolidate our groups, resulting in new initiatives supporting young people during the educational process, which we are currently undertaking both locally, regionally, nationally and even internationally. During the project, we managed to create a space in which we laid lasting foundations for future international cooperation (activities for youth) between us (participants of the "WE SUPPORT YOU! WE MOTIVE YOU! WE INSPIRE YOU!" task) and our organizations. Due to the fact that most of our organizations are just emerging (looking for development paths and creating action strategies for future years), the implementation of the project "WE SUPPORT YOU! WE MOTIVE YOU! WE INSPIRE YOU!" has undoubtedly become a milestone in the development of our organizations. Each organization participating in the project is convinced that it has significantly increased the organizational and substantive potential of 1) people creating our organizations and working for young people as part of the tasks carried out by our organizations, 2) the organizations participating in the project themselves. Project "WE SUPPORT YOU! WE MOTIVE YOU! WE INSPIRE YOU!" it has also benefited our regions where so far participation in the Erasmus+ program has been negligible, and thanks to our project this state of affairs has changed for the better. An achievement that went beyond initial expectations was the extremely high involvement of Mr. Marcin Zaróda in the implementation of our project. In addition to the activities planned in our training program, he also provided mental support to our project group. The hit and miss was the morning Tai Chi training conducted for us by Mr. Marcin Zaród (he has a black belt in this martial art). It was an extremely motivating and inspiring activity that had a great impact on the participants of our training.
