The objectives of the CMS were: - To share the realities in our countries and reflect on the potential of HRE and intercultural learning as a potential driving force in supporting democracy - To brainstorm on educators' competencies that need to be developed/enhanced in the current situation (e.g., political competencies, etc.) - To reflect on the importance of social diplomacy in the current social and political situation in different countries, identifying its potential, limitations and challenges - To develop joint initiatives for educators to strengthen our capacities in HRE and intercultural learning. - Develop joint strategies to deal with various human resource challenges in education. - To develop innovative mechanisms and new ideas; to prepare project ideas (youth exchanges, trainings, seminars, volunteer projects, etc.) - To strengthen cross-sector cooperation - To create new contacts and networks - To deepen knowledge of Erasmus + programs, other European and national funding opportunities and to find potential partners for applications.
