Through the joint implementation of the project, we wanted to develop a method of professional activation of people from less privileged groups, by learning public speaking and self-presentation techniques. In addition, we also wanted to raise the level of our training staff through mutual visits, exchange of experience and training.
During activity in the field of professional activation, the project coordinator noticed that in the process of professional activation there is no possibility to teach other methods of public speaking, necessary to present oneself properly, e.g. when contacting employers or during a job interview. This is a very important aspect of helping the excluded, at the same time none of the organizations operating in the local area offers any form of teaching public speaking or methods of self-presentation related to professional activation. Consequently, the motivation to apply for the project is the possibility of creating a solution in this area, through cooperation with a partner much more experienced in the field of public speaking, which resulted in a ready-made method of professional activation through learning public speaking.
