The project was a response to the needs of our and our partner organization on many levels: the entity to gain an experienced partner for substantive activities and learning the implementation of Erasmus + Projects, staff underwriting skills and qualifications, children happy growth and openness to change The project was about the needs of 1) exchange and acquiring knowledge and experience of the teaching staff based on international cooperation 2) Getting to know the methods, forms and teaching aids in education used in an experienced Portuguese entity. 3) Improving the quality of support provided by the staff to children in the area of preparation for the transition from kindergarten to school, including in particular with regard to the existing deficits and special needs among the charges. 4) Increasing the leader's experience in the area of project implementation and management. 5) Ensuring individual professional development of the teaching staff operating in the field of pre-school education and providing the teacher with a substantive tool (curriculum) necessary for the proper preparation of children.
