Objectives

As a result of the project, the Partners planned and achieved the following goals: 1. Performing a professional training course in the field of intervention techniques that responds to the real needs of the target group 2. Developing and testing the course program in real conditions 3. Professional development of staff and participants through participation in tests, exchange of good practices 4. Development of international cooperation through the exchange of experience and research on case studies in individual countries. 5. Internationalization of the facility 6. Background

The need to implement the project resulted from the fact that trainings of the target group were updated for the last time in 1993. In the regulation on the training of qualified security personnel, the scope of knowledge in the technique and tactics of intervention was reproduced from the above-mentioned methodology. Therefore, the Partners decided to carry out the project on the basis of good practices from different countries in such a way that the tested and selected techniques were simple and effective. Target group needs: 1. Adaptation of incapacitating techniques to real work situations 2. Increase of practical knowledge in the field of law in intervention situations 3. Filling the gap in the professional training of persons responsible for security 4. Exchange of information and experience between partners 5. The need to introduce new simple training tools and techniques. Needs of participating organizations (Wolf, SP09): - expanding the educational offer - establishing and expanding international contacts - improving the language skills of the staff - raising the prestige of the company - introducing new solutions to the business
