The main objective of the partnership was mutual learning and exchange of knowledge and experience in the organization of apprenticeships and cooperation with employers, as well as methods of developing professional skills, taking into account the needs of students, in particular those with fewer opportunities. In addition: - the inclusion of new participants in the Erasmus+ Action KA2 - building partners' capacity for international and cross-sectoral cooperation - exchange of knowledge and experience - getting to know the problems, methods and standards of school work with young people in another country - improving the quality and innovativeness of work with young people in schools - improving staff competences - increase of staff motivation - increased effectiveness of partners' and employers' activities
The aim of the Project was to establish a partnership, which is now being continued after the end of the project. The need of all partners was to increase the possibility of adjusting vocational education to the needs of employers. The project partners were convinced that working in an international environment gives them more opportunities to look at their problems/needs in a broader perspective. And that is why they had the need to internationalize their institutions both in terms of working methods and personal contacts. Cooperation in an environment with different organizational and mental cultures allowed the partners to get inspired, experience, learn about the culture of the partner countries: Poland and Spain, learn new things, increase their tolerance for other working methods, see other needs/problems of vocational teachers, employers, and thus more flexibly approach the solutions that the partners use at home and enrich them with good practices - tools and methods of partners' work, in particular regarding apprenticeships, equipment for practical classes, organization of work in the workshops.
